Are the tubeless patch pump and Diabetes Manager waterproof?
The tubeless patch pump system is splash proof, but it must not be immersed in liquids. The tubeless patch pump should be removed before taking a shower or bath, diving or going for a swim. However, the pump holder and cannula to which the Accu-Chek® Solo tubeless patch pump is attached can be worn in water so you can easily disconnect the tubeless patch pump before and reconnect after any water activity.
The Diabetes Manager should not be exposed to water.
